I'veseen two release dates so far 22/11/02 and 06/12/02 (this is arrnged as dd/mm/yy)

Actully i belive the date is 22 Nov for Xbox + GCN. All the online sites have it as this date. PS2 + GBA im not sure on. and these dates are American.
