I´m not 100% sure, but I bet that MK4 Reptile can be found only in Dark Prison and not in Konquest mode where you can find only classic ninja Reptile.

I'll have to confirm that, as I have never found anything that would lead me to believe his MK4 self is anywhere in Konquest.
