If you mean literaly who will inflict most damage, in that case, the programmers have made sure to tune down all damage counters so that boss characters will inflict the same amount of damage as a normal character.
If you mean just in general, I would have to say that I'm shotting around Rain aminly because he's new to 3-D and I'm sure they've hyoed his moves and fighting up to make him stand out a little.

I think thats Blaze and hes most likely not the strongest the strongest is most likey Shao-Khaun,Shinook,Onaga im guessing atleast

my guess is ........i duno but the boss wud b the strongest of course, duh, me personaly for not boss strongest character wud b Sub-zero, scorpion or sum other famous character.

story wize it has to be the bosses Khan/Onarga/Goro/etc.. And of course in MK-D with the help of the Elder Gods SCORPION.
For me personly it's still Scorpion [hes the most aggresive] anger rage power and fast moves. Noob is now like a scorpion ofspring but with plans of domination so i think Noob is the most dangerus chappy on the horizen. Scop's just pissed off and only has revange and his promise to sub-Jr if he wanted to control the realms he could.

Looks like the massive flaming guy in the back of the MK -AR wallpaper will be the strongest, or maybe it'll be the Konquest character you play as. I think all in all, most of the characters all have strengths reasonable close (except for Onaga, Shao Kahn, Kintaro, Motaro, Goro and now, apparently Torch) but ALL of the characters have weaknesses that can be exploited, such as Shao Kahn's massive overconfidence and ego, or Goro's slowness.
So with that in mind, I really don't think I can say anyone is the strongest, they all have something to offer.

well im pretty sure the flaming guy is just Blaze from MKDA because hes no whre else and size doesnt matter in MK's case i mean Goro is like 8 feet tall and Liu Kang beat him in his storyline for MK1 the game
