Raiden, Hotaru, Li Mei, Mileena, Baraka, Kabal
I thought Kabal's alignment was Good... Gah! I am so confused with what the official MK Deception says about Kabal.
I think Raiden turned evil because of his futile sacrifice. He killed Shujinko for helping Onaga and then killing him!
I think Hotaru is evil because not only is he in league with Onaga, but he takes order way overboard!!

Kabal is neutral.
Raiden did not become evil, he just became much less merciful.
Hotaru was neutral as well, but he is now evil because of the aliance with Onaga. Being one to want order doesn't make someone evil, but instead a pain in the ass.

agreed 100% but i know Kabal is evil but i cant remember what if he was evil or good on deception's guid booklet.

In MK3/T, Kabal was classed as Good in that he wanted to destroy Shao Kahn because of how he was attacked by an extermination squad, ut was also classed as Evil because he was a member of the Black Dragon clan with Kano, who is evil.
I don't know about MK4/DA, but in MKD every ending depicts him killing the dragon king but siding against the Earthrealm warriors - he was sided with Havik. Maybe someone that knows more about Havik than I do can fill in the blanks.
Raiden is still good, but is obsessive in his protection of the Earthrealm.
Baraka and Mileena are both evil. I don't really know why you didn't get that.
Li Mei's an odd one - in MKD Konquest I thought she was meant to be aligned with good, but obviously her ending shafts that.
Hotaru isn't evil, Sub-Zero explained that best methinks.

i wonder what will happen with hotoru tho cuz im not sure if he'll either stay a 'good' guardsmen who does some 'evil' bitting for onaga which is strange...so does anyone think he'll get consumed by onaga and become evil..cuz i know somethings gonna happen..he cant just stay a 'good' allie of onaga forever..

though wikipedia can be a good source, its not always a relable one. Anyone can jsut waltz in and edit the information of wikipedia, hence, the info on there will have errors in places.

hmmm that interesting cause why would raidens eyes go red if he was just less merciful and then go back to blue when he is merciful i mean the people that created the game was just making him look evil i know but why do most the baddys have red eyes i thorght the black clothes sez it all lol
