Post subject: Board and Chat Rules |

To keep the Total Mortal Kombat Community fun for every Mortal Kombat Fan we have the following rules in the chat and on the board:
1.) No foul language of any kind with the purpose to disrespect another user.
2.) No harassment towards other users. This includes typing in all CAPS and typing in all colors.
3.) No racist comments of any kind
4.) No calling anyone "ga y" "fa g" "fa ggot" or "hom o / homosexua l" this will result in instant ban.
5.) No advertising, unless you do it in the "advertise a website" forum...anything can be advertised in there EXCEPT adult material and of course anything that is for sale (spam).
6.) No flooding, scrolling, spamming or repeating. spam is someone making threads that are almost identical, or stupid posts that don't mean anything to a board post eg "me too" "I agree" "thats cool"
7.) No chatting on the board or posting massive useless short replies.
8.) No Clones and double registrations on the board.
9.) No begging for higher status in the chat or board.
10.) Do not be annoying while in the chat or board.
11.) Keep images used in your posts small in size and loading time, you can use links links to refer to big images.
12.) No unneccecarily long signatures for board posts.
13.) Sig / Avatar rules :- Avatar images are not to exceed 100k. Users are only 2 post 2 images at the most in sigs (unless posting extra images are small, or tiny...eg a smilie), with a decent size of 400 pixels width (maximum) and 150 pixels height (maximum). The sig images are not to exceed 100k.
14.) No illegal activities of any kind. This includes the sending of virusses/trojans and hacking as an attack to any chat or board user.
15.) Religion is not to be discussed AT ALL on the board.
16.) No Offensive material is to be Posted on the board or chat... No Adult Material Allowed!
17.) Taking credit for someone elses work is forbidden and can lead to an instant ban.
18.) Posting Images inside a post more than 2 times is not allowed. If you need to post links to more images than 2, just post the links as when they are clicked they automaticly open in a new window. If you are posting an big image, use a link insteed.
19.) Klans are not allowed on this forum. This includes making "groups" or "gangs" of people with the same avatar / sigs.
20.) I, the Administrator or staff reserve the right to remove anyone from the #TMK chatroom on the webnet server, or the TMK Messageboard or the TMK Website totaly, If I feel you are in breech of any rules or your behaviour is "unsuitable".
21.) "vs" threads are no longer allowed, as they lead to spam posts and repetative content.
22.) Three word replies not allowed. What is a three word reply? for example: someone makes a decent post, then another person replied with "cool" "I aggree" "thats awesome" "yeah...I aggree" ect... these replies are considered spam, because they do not offer anything to the discussion at hand.
 23.) Dead Topics: Bumping old topics is not allowed on the forum. Dead topics are topics that are not on page 1 or 2 of the topics...anything on page 3 or above is a dead topic OR any topic older than 6 months is also considered dead, please check the date on the last post before posting a new reply. Any members that continue to fuel a bumped post could also be facing bans.
Disobeying these basic rules will result in a warning, temporary ban,instant ban or permanent ban from our network. If you think one of the operators has acted unfairly against you, you can send an email to totalmk@totalmortalkombat.com and it will be discussed by the TMK Admins.
