I don't find you very funny. Anyway, as we all know, Quan Chi killed them all, not Sub-Zero.

Well I really could care less what you think of me.From the way you act I don't like you anyhow.So, little kid before you start messing with me you better figure out who your dealing with.Anyways, Yea I know Sub-Zero didn't do that.I know that Quan Chi acutally killed scorpions family and clan BECAUSE, He proposed a deal with Sub-Zero if he completed his task of finding the map for him.Quan Chi would then kill his opposing clan, the Shirai Ryu.Sub-Zero then completed his task (after murdering Hanzo Hasashi,Scorpion).So, Quan Chi kept his end of the deal and killed scorpion's clan and family.

1. DarkMagnum, you aare new here, and threatning veterans like -SubZero- isnt smart, and it is also spamfull.
2. We have already established that is was Quan Chi that killed Scorpion's familey.

Oh boy, here we go again...
Scorpion (as Hanzo) was hired by Quan Chi to find the map of the elements, as well as Sub-Zero 5, in the event Sub-Zero failed his task. However, the 2 ninjas both crossed paths. Sub-Zero brutally murdered Hanzo and completed the task. In exchanged for finding the map, Quan Chi killed every member of the Shirai Ryu, including Hanzo's wife and child (MK: Mythologies Sub-Zero).
Scorpion returns to avenge his death at the hands of Sub-Zero in the MK tournament. He succeeds in avenging his death, and the Sub-Zero he killed becomes Noob Saibot (MK1).
However, Scorpion later learns that Sub-Zero has reappeared and has gone to Outworld. He follows him, but sees this Sub-Zero spare the life of a warrior. He realizes it is not the one that killed him, and let's him live (MK2).
When Scorpion is returned to the Neatherealm, he shortly finds himself free, as Shao Kahn allowed his soul to escape when he invaded Earthrealm. Scorpion remains neutral throughout the endevour, but is returned to the Neathrealm once Kahn's plot fails (MK3).
Back in the Neathrealm, Scorpion once again gets the chance to be reborn. Shinnok enlists him in his army, and Scorpion is once against freed from the confines of the Neathrealm, this time hoping to avenge the death of his family and clan (NOT for his own death).* He defeats Sub-Zero, but then finds out Quan Chi was in fact responsible for murdering his wife, child and clan. He then teleports himself and the sorcerer to the Neathrealm (MK4).
*It should be noted that, considering Scorpion already knows it was not this Sub-Zero that killed him, he was most likely fooled by Quan Chi to believe this Sub-Zero was responsible for his clan and family's death, as Quan Chi wanted to use Scorpion in MK4 to defeat Sub-Zero.
I'm sure the rest is well known, as they're revealed in MKDA and MKD.
Now, as for Scorpion not being Sub-Zero's enemy anymore, I think we should all take a gander at his character card from MKD. Check out the link here:

Now, some may argue that this is refering to the Sub-Zero that killed him, but this is not likely as:
a.) He already killed him in MK1.
b.) It would have said Noob Saibot instead of Sub-Zero.
Therefore, it's boils down to this representing one of 3 things:
1.) His old feud with Sub-Zero from previous games
2.) Scorpion still holding a grudge against Sub-Zero, despite knowing Quan Chi's involvement in his family/clan's death.
3.) It could be a falt on the MKTeam's behalf.
