I think they should make either a female reptile besides khameleon which dosent even look Zattarean or they should make a brother for Reptile,what do u guys think

A new zaterran warrior would definitely be better than the return of Shao Kahn. But, on the other hand, zaterrans are all the same (lizards) and I don't know how two zaterrans could have completely different moves, styles etc

Two Zaterrans could have completely different special movesand styles in the same way that two humans (e.g. Kano and Johnny Cage) can. The fact that two or more characters are of the same species, or use the same weapons, doesn't mean that they must fignt in the same manner.
Reptile could continue to use his acid based special moves, while another Zaterran could use, for example, fire based specials.
The same could be done if there were more than one Shokan in the game. One could use a more punching based style, while the other could focus on grappling....
