I went with Smoke just because he's been my favourite character for a long time now. However, when I thought about it, I much prefer his human-ninja form over his cyborg one.
So in terms of cyborgs, probably Sektor. His ending in MKG was priceless, and the fact we don't know what he looks like under all the cybernetic stuff makes him better than Cyrax in my opinion.
Missiles > Grenades as well.
