I dont know why but i keep thinking Sub-zero and scorpion are brothers in the mk movies..is this true?

In the movie Scorpion and Sub-Zero walk out that door together, they are both ninjas, ... You might have a point there, is there anything that says they are not brothers??

When they walk out of the door together Shang actuly say's "Scrpion & Sub-Zero, The deadlist of eniemes but they are like slaves under my power"
NO they are not brothers. And in the first game they look identical apart from the palat swap

You might have heard a mixed up story about Scorp being Sub's brother when in fact the two subs' were in fact brothers.

Now now, according to the 2nd movie, Noob Saibot is just a soul that comes out of Ermac. 
But no, Scorpion and Sub-Zero are not brothers. As stated before (though not properly quoted), Shang Tsung says the following when Scorpion and Sub-Zero reveal themselves:
"Scorpion and Sub-Zero; deadliest of enemies...But slaves under my power."
(Granted that brothers ARE often the deadliest of enemies, that's not what he meant when he said the quote. Since even in the 2nd movie Sub-Zero *younger one* stated Kang "killed his brother". Since it was Cage that killed Scorpion, there's no way he could be refering to Scorpion.)
