I'm using the PS2. Its had no problems loading at all and I have played it around 5 times already.

Yeah exactly, it pisses me off that PS2 owners get to play the full game, but for some reason you cant on the Xbox Crying #2

Probably mine was like dirty or something when it froze ill try it again today see if i can beat all 9 lol just a pain in the ass i gotta beat the damn shadow of brothers and those clay soldiers again i hated that level of the surivival mode.

hmmmmm you got that wrong noob sailbot the ps2 shaolin monks has mk 2 too i unlocked it it's only the pal versions of xbox and ps2 that don't get mk2 in there.

If only the MKTeam had of posponed MK:SM's release for a month to work out all the stupid glitches and actually finished the game... Boring Let's hope they don't half-ass Armageddon as well.

Yeah i was thinking that too:

the half finished Xbox endurane
the tons of glitches
the sub and scorp storyline thing
the fact that you see Jax, Kano, and Mileena fight, yet even though it wouldn't be that hard to transfer them into Versus (them having their own moves and all) they aren't there Confused

Use Kung Lao. What I done was, I lured the ninjas into a corner and done my best to keep them defenseless. I used pop-up attacks to break down their blocks, then used Kung Laos whirlwhind spin, when my energy bar ran low I would use a few power strikes as they fell to the ground. Ermac and Scorpion will pose the most threats with their attacks as they leave you open to more damage. Deal with Reptile A.S.A.P, he isnt the worst out of the 4 of them but killing him off will bring your health back up (and make the fight easier)

Watch out for Sub-Zero, he will chase you around the Warrior Shrine and pummel you with his ice attacks, so do your best to keep him with the other fighters and try attack the 3 of them at the same time. Avoid attacking in the air for too long as they will counter-strike. If you can, avoid Scorpions flames when he removes his mask and hammer him with some power-strikes, they work best for removing his health. Smashing the statues will also help recover health.

All in all, use fighters that have projectiles to keep the ninjas at bay. Scorpion would be the worst choice for you to pick, followed by Sub-Zero. Wait until you have developed a trustworthy stratagie before deciding to select either of those fighters. Pick off Reptile first, then Ermac, then Scorpion before killing off Sub-Zero.

Anyhow I beat the game already, I was just asking to see if there's a way to survive them if ever I come back playing MKSM. As far as Im concerned the worst threat for me would have to be Ermac, since his telekenetic slam can reach me even far away. Damn I hate Ermac for that one. Very Mad

Nah I really don't see them doing that to MKA seeing as how it is one of the main games. I don't know about you guys, but Shaolin Monks, Special Forces and Mytholigies have always been side games for me and I think Midway sees them as the same, so they don't try as hard. MKA being one of the main ones will have Midway's full attention. Just my two cents. Wink
