The cartoon film is only on VHS while the Defenders of the Realm is on DVD (the episode Sting of the Scorpion is missing which is the 2nd part of Kombat Begins Again which is stupid).
You can get it off www.play.com, in hypervalue (£2.00 per DVD cheap as hell  ), poundstretchers, music zone, etc

yeah I know I have 3 Defenders of the realm DVDs got the for about £2 each awhile back [3-4 years] I have Kombat begins again - I looked every were for the sting of the scorpion episode with no joy. I remember whatching it on sky years ago the bit were scorpion kicks subzero down the steps to the temple is kool then --!#$@-- boy Lui steps in.
Any way I have Acid tonge & the one with Rain an Quan Chi. and I think the other one I have Is the resurection of shang n the orb with all natures power. my fave that I own is the one with smoke and subzero Vs the grand master of the linkuei.

You mean Old Friends Never Die I love that episode even though the animation is poor I don't mind the script and the voices fit (though Clancy Brown should play Shao Kahn as he seems to have the right personality for it in the Highlander movie)

yep thats the one could not think what it was could it's been a few months since i saw them. last time was when tongan ninja came round [as he does this every weekend usaly] i decided i'd make him whatch some.
We should be talking about MK Konquest tho realy. As i have most of that on DVD I'll make him watch some of that this weekend Mwha ha ha ha har
I'v tryed get my girlfrinds to watch in the past but no joy And my current ex girlfriend whom i still live with hates it she throws temper tantrum if she comes home and i'm watching it or some thing similr MK related or Manga for that mater to so I make my friends whatch

Yeah but i'm a 1000 miles away in the US from there and the only place I can find the DVD's online are UK stores.

Yeah the problem about those Defenders of the Realm DVD's is that for people living outside the UK or even Europe, our DVD players won't read those discs, because the format is different over there.  And I wanted to see that series too...
It's just like with MKConquest DVDs they only released a few episodes and some of the other eps are only released in Europe and Austrailia methinks. They're just so cruel to us...

I don't get why they've only released a few of the episodes because some of them weren't the best and een worse the beginning of some the episodes are missing ie The Serpent and the Ice

You know the internet is a wounderfull tool : Your DVD players are coded to not play PAL DVD's as ours are for yours. However all is not lost as the internet can provid the decoding so ANY DVD player can be multi reagon {It's only programing stoping them} falling that you can always do it the legal way bye a multi reagon DVD player. [how strong are your convictions] but remember you aint seen me  Right
