From what I heard of Noob's early years of being a wraith he worked for kahn..how could he when he was in the netherrealm as a member of the bro. of shadow?

In fact he worked for Shinnok and Quan Chi. Shao Kahn thought that Saibot is his servant. But if Kahn would eliminate Earth warriors, then Saibot would attack him. Everybody would be dead and Shinnok could rule both Earthrealm and Outworld

I don't think Shoa Kahn thought Noob worked for him. In MK2, He was merely just watching the events, and in MK3, he was still just scoping out things. I don't remember his story in MK4. In MKTA he was hanging around Edenia, and he mortally wounded Goro. And then in MKD, he was trying to make an army of cyberized fighters, and kill his brother.

IN UMK3 Noob is poseing as Khans servent this is his ending
Ending
At first a passive observer, Noob Saibot would soon receive orders to side with the evil Emperor Shao Kahn. Saibot's leaders in the Netherrealm want him to join kahn's battle to gain his trust and to gain entrance into the Earth Realm.
When Kahn drops his guard, Noob Saibot is ordered to attack. With both the Earth Realm and the Outworld's Emperor defeated, the fallen Elder God known as Shinnok can take both realms and gain the power he needs to strike back at the Elder God who banished him into the Netherrealm.
IN MK4 he has no ending dit he does have a bio;
Noob returns to serve under Shinnok again after aiding the Earth Warriors to overthrow Shao Khan's minion. After a thought successful extermination of Shao Khan, Noob returns again to serve as a General in Shinnok's Army of Darkness.
So he never truly served Khan at any point. [His loss,Khan bad ass]

Yeah Noob is a bad ass And I've Always liked him from tyhe very first time I fourght him and I could only see his ankles as he beet the crap out of me. What I ment was Khan is Bad Ass were as Noobs Master {Shinnok}
is not as kool. Khan IS far in front of Shinnok.
