I don't know what you guys think
but recently I played MK2 again and it's amazing to see that the difficulty of this game is far more challenging than any recent games

Are you talking about MK2 on the xbox? cause it is set to arcade difficulty which is harder than usual

Kintaro is always hard to get passed, but I think Motaro was a bit more of a pain to get through, especially on UMK3. I think UMK3 is the hardest.

yep it's true Jonny Kage handed me my ass back after beating it about 20+ times he was next to top on the pile next was Scorpion that wuold have been ok. I don't mind loosing to Scorp but i was determind that kage would not be the one to defeat me 
 look at that smug face I'll kill him good next time.
I'll play the SNES one tonight when I get back from work in stead of the Xbox. i also have it for Mega Drive but I prefir the SNES version. the sound is much better

On Snes it's not so bad. The arcade is hard, but although Kintaro is probably the hardest sub-boss, I think MK3 made a harder arcade game. There were too many advantages per character.

MKT was the hardest. With so many characters and combined with Chose Your Destiny, it was psycotic. I had to switch aorund characters a lot on hard mode, because I can counter certain characters better then with others. Like Stryker, I can counter almost everyone with him.

MK2 was definatly the hardest. I've only beaten it on my Game Gear. It's especially hard when you get near the top and Kitana's there, because her combos are rediculous (bad spelling), same with Liu Kang. Even though you can give yourself tons of credits, it's still difficult.

i can barley get pass shang tsung but anyway..i think the hardest game of the series would be 3,umk3,or trilogy cuz they have millions of hard dudes to beat and u have a certain amount of continues..
