I agree with u, Vainziller. A character select screen needs to at least be accurate if u want to post one. The idea of having a Masked Guard in the select screen was dumb because no one looks to play as henchmen, but actual fighters like some of the ones u put in. If u really want to make a good character select screen, Cory13, then find only characters and add those. Just for the sake of all of us who love Mortal Kombat, get rid of the Masked Guard!

 errrr i wanna keep em OK? plz i thought it would be different to have a guard of tsung's that i made up maby even having a name and own story..bio etc.  even if u guys think its dumb or stupid..its not ur image..mine lol man..wondern if theres any more dudes to add

I haven't posted in this thread yet so I'll do so now.
If you want to make a decent looking character select screen, you won't be able to with MS Paint. It's just not happening. What you need to do is get the character selection prop then paste EQUAL-SIZED images for every character. It'll take a few hours to get all 60+ but that's the price you'll pay if you want to make a really good looking one.
I suggest you use Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop.

Paint Shop Pro is not very effective by the way...good luck with that...
...Adobe Photoshop isn't cheap, I just use Microsoft Word...(Saved up the money and bought it recently.)...If you have Word, you can adjust the size of each image and crop them to all match well (and you could use some good cropping)...
...I'm saving up for Macromedia which has Fireworks and Flash (way, way better)...though it may take a while...

I prefer Paint Shop Pro to Adobe Photoshop in many aspects. Well, at least Paint Shop Pro 7. The newer versions of PSP I disliked, they got a bit complex and stupid, making it difficult to find tools and stuff. While you can do a vast amount more with Adobe Photo Shop, I found the layout of my trusty Paint Shop Pro 7 program to be to my preference.
I just made my newest sig pic in PSP7. I used to think it was shit for making pics too, but an experienced Paint Shop Pro user can make great pics as well, just takes a bit of time is all. It doesn't have as much capabilities as Adobe Photoshop, but you can still do a lot with it once you get into all the colouration and effects tools.
