I never used PSP7, I haven't tried PSP in a while considering its unpopularity...
...I personally don't like the background, though it is quite eye-catching...
...I have no doubt you could do a much more complex sig in APS or FireWorks...(in FW you could have a scroll background, and if you switch to APS you can create rain drops that aren't repetitive, making them seem less fake)...

Aye, the background I was tinkering with for a long time. It's actually what took the longest part to get done because I didn't know what colours to use or how to approach the background. I have no doubt I could have done better rain-like effects with other programs, as the textures in PSP7 are limited. However, I still did a reasonable job in my opinion, considering the program used.

You sure as hell can't pull that off in paint...after staring at the details you can tell it took time and effort...great work...

Wouldn't call it great considering all the works I've seen, but it's decent and it's better than the shitty one I had before which was a simple screen shot from the trailer and text.  Now I have effects and translucents and textured-text.

I thought your old one was hilarious, made me smirk every time I saw it...
...how come no one ever talks about my sig? I know I switch a lot, but I put a lot of time in Word to pull it off...lol...

lol, oops. it's not 5am and I'm starting to misread things, so I'm probably gunna turn in for the ni..er, morning.
And as for the new forum, go for it. I don't think we have a signatures forum yet. I tried looking for one to post mine in and couldn't find one, so by all means make one.
I'm trying to save up koins now and use the bank...I only started using it a few days ago which is why I have such little koinage.

As one of our oldest members, you should be given a lot of koins...that bothers me...
...I was thinkin' about making a forum called something like "Kombat Kreation"...I've been putting some thought into it...I can post something like "Mortal Kombat Armageddon Kitana Signature", and after everyone posts their image I can post another thread so everyone can vote on who they thought was the best...I was hoping I could give awards such as koins, and for the harder ones; some sort of image as a trophy...
It would not always be sigs...it could be weapon...character...fan fiction (about a specific topic)...avatars...video file...
A recent thought: Maybe people could suggest something to create via PM...and they should also be able to buy usage of the one they suggested...I don't know if TMK could do that...but it's just a thought...

I would be also glad if there would be forum, where I could post my MK sprite comics. I can´t post them in TMK Fan Art section, because the size of my comics is always larger than the allowed size. And I can´t post them in Fan Art forum because normal members aren´t allowed to create new topics there.

Awww you're too kind my friend. The truth is though, there are a lot of old school members like me still here like icewinddale1 and it wouldn't be fair to just give me koinage. Though I really could use some to buy more site themes and what not.

That's a pretty sweet idea man. If you could work with TMK to have winners or something get like weapons in their sigs or something cool like that, it'd be awesome. Or perhaps a strength as a kombatant rating. The higher ratings you get, the higher up in strengh you go as a TMK kombatant.
Just some added thoughts.

Back on the subject, I just thought the idea of playing as a henchman of Shang Tsung, or Shao Kahn is a dumb idea. You want something creative, make one with all fighters from Mortal Kombat games, not henchmen. Cory13, give the Masked Guard idea a rest. If you did get a Masked Guard fighter, then I would shut up, but the idea sucks. It's got to be removed.
