would it be a cool idea if midway made another adventure game called Mortal Kombat: Ninjas ? u have to choose from Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Rain, Reptile, Noob Saibot, Smoke, Sektor, Cyrax, and Ermac and u explore their whole story (the character u choose) from where they first appeared in the history of mk till mkd or after mkd.like a kombat-adventure game like mk: shoalin monks..but ninjas!

That would be an awesome game but i don't think they'd ever do it now considering Armageddon is there last old story type mk game.

Hey, I really liked Mythologies. That was the third Mortal Kombat I owned, I still play it all the time...

Mythologies was bad ass.
Anyways, I think this wouldn't be a good idea. It would take a long tiem to make for one, and also, it would be kind of hard to make, because there are so many different stories, I dont think any system could hold it, minus the PC.

yeah,ur right,too many stories to put into one game..like all of the ninja's stories..but what if they took out all the extra stuff like kontent,videos etc so they could have more in the game itself.

I have no doubt they could fit it...especially on the new systems...but I don't think there would be quite enough co-op between characters unfortunately...rarely were these characters connected while not plotting against each other...and everyone likes an ally...

As much as I love the ninjas, I doubt this will happen. Scorpion and Sub-Zero were already covered (Scorpion was covered in part as well in Sub-Zero Mythologies) and the other ninjas (Ermac, Smoke, Reptile, Rain, Sub-Zero 6th) just wouldn't be that good in their own game as the main characrters.
For the next adventure game (since I'm sure after the success of Shaolin Monks there will be many more to come), it will feature perhaps Kitana and or an Edenian before and up to Kahn's successful invasion of that realm. But I doubt it'll focus on any of the other ninjas because:
Ermac - was created by Shao Kahn and served him until Kenshi freed him. Not much of an adventure.
Smoke - Potential here, but they've already made a game focusing on the Lin Kuei so I doubt it.
Reptile - Not likely as he's always been more of a follower, not an adventuring type character.
Rain - Again, some potential here because he's Edenian and as I said above there could be a good adventure game with Edenia. However, since he lacks a huge fan base (in comparison to Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile) it's unlikely it will be about him.
Sub-Zero 6th, never going to happen as they already did a game about his older brother and it'd just be stupid since we've been following this Sub-Zero since MK2.
Noob Saibot was already done as Sub-Zero, it'd be kinda pointless to do his 'adventures' as Noob since we know what he's been up to since MK3 and in Konquest mode.

Amphibious, you always prove a great point...though it sounds like fun, the game wouldn't meet the expectations gamers would set for it...
...I believe if they did have an adventure follower, it should be based on a much older time, most likely not touched...(I always wanted them to cover the war between Rayden and Shinnok after Shinnok's corruption.)

I would like to see remake of UMK3. In Shaolin Monks you wandered through Outworld, in this game, you would explore the devastated city and Shao Kahn Fortress. I know that many people wouldn´t like this game, because they didn´t like the MK3 ´big city theme´, but I would love such a game. Maybe the two main characters could be unmasked Sub-Zero and Smoke.

Actually that is an incredible idea...the plot of Arcade UMKIII now as a platform adventure game...I'd buy it...

i just thought it would be cool to make a game that contained all the ninjas and every little detail of their bio..even if they created games before like mkm..they can just make a newer version even better that isnt crappy like mkm.dont get me wrong,i enjoyed mkm but its too old fasion and impossible to beat.

It's alright Cory, I just explained why they wouldn't make one. Don't get me wrong though, I'd love to see a Mythologies Rain or something, but it's not gunna happen for the reasons listed above.
