I don't see why it wouldn't have the older Sub-Zero...Mythologies covered very little of Sub-Zero's full story (such as his long-lasting rivalry with Scorpion).

You're forgetting the fact that the individual adventure games don't always have to be about the past. They could easily come up with s side-story for Ermac and the like that leads into the next major installment.

Well, considering the fact that it's never been done, you can't really justify your statement. Using that logic, wouldn't you have to say that every game with a new story sounds boring?

No...I'm just saying that Ermac doesn't seem like a popular enough character to base an entire RPG off of some random storyline...

Wasn't Special Forces an example of an up-to-date game when it came out? Also, considering Cory was talking about the games being about the character's lives (past, present, future) it would entail the ninja's past.
