I just saw the Wasteland's stage fatality, it's AWESOME! You hit your opponent into a pit of fire which is sitting on a catapult, which then hurls you into a stone wall way of in the distance.
 Definatly improved stage fatalities.
Update: I just watched the 2 new videos from E3 and saw the fatalities featured on Kahn's Arena and they're just as good, especially the grinder one.

I have to say, they have really done a good job. I haven't yet seen the roller or the subway (though I have seen screen shots of the subway), butI have witnessed The bell Tower, The razor in the Arena, The Spikes in the Arena, and the catapult in the Wasteland, which, I must say, is AMAZING. I loved that catapult thing. They also did a fine job making sure each death trap is more dramatically set up.

I just saw the Belltower's stage fatality and it's awesome! (Check out May 11th's E3 videos that are now up)
You get nocked down and impaled onto a spike, but as you slide down it, your arms and legs get sliced off by 4 razors on the sides of the spike, then you shake around, limbless and impaled, bleeding everywhere until you die.
 How gruesome.

I remember when each game had one or two stage fatalities...how things have changed...

Yeah, now each level has one. Keep in mind, there was a time when there was 1 level with a stage fatality. There were times when each character only had 1 fatality as well.
MK's evolving very well I'd say.

At least one fatality per level...each character has two fatalities, and can kill thereselves!

where did u find those videos amph? i only seen and downloaded the two latest ones off of gamespot that show konquest then a actual jarek vs taven battle and that's it havent seen the one with sektor's lair or anything.

I haven't seen the new gamespot ones, I've seen the 4 new ones posted on the E3 part of this site. Just click the "TMK LIVE AT E3" link and look for the 4 new videos.

They weren't gamespot ones, it's understandable. And they were just put up today so that may also be a contributing factor. Doug is still the video guy here.

Regaurding the bell tower. I thought it was just beniousd to have the rat pull one of your limbs away. Like I said in a earlier post, the stage fatalities are reallt a lot more intricut and dramamtic. I'm impressed with what I've seen.

Yeah the one in the Wastelands are great. I have seen that one, The roller that crushed someone, I believe it was Jarek. The subway, the belltower and the acid bath in Kahn´s arena.
