As stated in an interview video with Ed Boon, there will be approximatly 20 levels featured in this game, a good number of them being returning maps. Boon also said we WILL in fact see the return of the Hidden Forest as well.

Some of the ones seen so far:
-Kahn's Arena
-Sektor's Lair (in one of the videos)
-The Subway
-The Belltower

As well as others (it's 12:31am here so I'm too tired to list them all, I'll let someone else fill in the rest). With all that we've seen so far, how do you all feel about the current maps featured and are you satisfied or disappointed with the number of levels there will be (roughly 20) ?

Sektor's lair? You mean the one that had a flying sphere thingy while both kombatants battled and also at the beginning of the battle the camera zooms in on both the kombatants as it passes by the entrance door were we see another cyborg that looks like Sektor?

It is the tekunin space craft. It is, in fact, Sektor main ship, but they protest that the initial cyborg you see is only a random member of tekunin and not Sektor.

Fair enough. I could tell by the layout of the map and the fact there was a Sektor look-alike at the controls that it had to of be either Sektor's ship (seen in Konquest mode) or his lair. Then again, his main ship probably acts as his lair, so it's both.

Also, I believe in one of the interviews it was stated that there are 20 playable levels in Geddon...classics and all...

That is what I heard as well. Then again, there's still a long ways to go before the final product, and they might decide to throw in another level or two.

I really liked Slaughterhouse, if they don't have it I will be uber sad...as well as Quan Chi's Fortress...

...Oh yeah! I also liked that one map where you're on a mountain and the sides keep breaking off...hope they have that too...

I LOVED the stage fatality of Quan Chi's fortress. It's just so funny and gruesome. Web-shaped lazers slashing you into small pieces, priceless.

I do understand that there is still a lot of work to be done on the game, but I do hope that they add some extra areas. I mean, Deception had 22 areans. It seems somewhat odd that there would be less in, what is supposed to be the biggest, game so far.
