Is Onaga going to be playable,mentioned, or in the storyline of Mka and if so whats hes point of being there? if he was killed by the two choosen ones,either Shujinko or Scorpion?

Since Onaga will be reappearing in MKAr, I guess him being killed didn't come true or some force from beyond like The One Being resurrected him or something for Onaga to continue his quest for conquering the realms. We will just have to wait.

He should be there. Everyone should. At least I hope. 
He´s one of my favorite bosses and I wish I could use him.
Maybe he was just defeated and not killed.

Since Onaga will be there, I guess we won't rely on the kamidogus to help us defeating this creature. Just hope that he becomes like a regular kombatant, not the boss type like back in Deception.

i just watched an interview with ed boon and he was playing the game with someone and being asked questions,they showed the game and it is so crazy! so much stuff to do,the konquest is HUGE! its deffantly going to be my favorite game,it beats deception in so many ways.
they talked about a hidden mode in the game which sounds fun.
btw,do u think Onaga will be playable?

Ed Boon already said along time ago that The Dragon King aka Onaga will be in the game and yes you'll be able to use him.

The interesting thing about this is that is poses a problem: If you can play as Onaga, AND Reptile, what the hell happened at the end of Deception?
I can only speculate on the following scenarios:
1.) You can play as Onaga and Reptile, but one of them is there for playing's sake, but their biography will say they died in Deception or whatever. What I mean is, they're playable, but story wise they're not really there (one of them at least).
2.) Sindel's ending came partially true, but instead of stabbing the Dragon King before he could be revived in his old body, she failed this, thus having Reptile be himself again and Onaga in his original body.
3.) Onaga used the kamidogu to seperate himself from Reptile, but then was stopped from merging the realms, perhaps by Blaze or something.
Until the game comes out, there's no real explanation for how both of them being playable in the game works.  But to answer your quesion Cory, YES, Onaga will be in this game, as a playable character. He's even in the massive render picture with all the fighters (well, most of them).

hehe i know now that i saw a picture of the huge character select that is rotatble since theres so many characters and i made out onaga on one of the locked characters

Here's an idea, Onaga, like Shao Kahn, was always just defeated. He was never destroyed. He could have thought to have been dead, but was somehow still alive and is still trying to find a way to fuse the kamidogu into a single ultimate kamidogu. This could be the reason that the game is going to be called Mortal Kombat Armageddon. Who knows what could have happened. Or could Onaga have found the way to fuse these kamidogu together? What do u all think about this possible scenario for the game?

I find it unlikely that he was successful, because he's not the final boss, Blaze is. If he did merge them, he would be all-powerful and literally undefeatable, even by the Elder Gods. While he probably wasn't killed (since he is playable), he still, most likely, failed in merging the kamidogu.

Very nice both your ideas 2 and 3 are possible [any think is possible in the world of MK] for example another idea
Sindel's ending came compleatly and Nightwolfs ending [the binding of Onaga's soul to netherealm] Shinnok could offer him a deal. this is un likely but you never know
OR Havoik could have revived the dragon King for shits and giggles

Havik only wanted to stop Onaga compleating his task [No realms = no Chaos] But as long as Onaga is alive There is even more Chaos in the realms!  surely this is of interest to Havik
