The difference is that, the One Being can ONLY come back upon the merging of the 6 Kamidogu. Shao Kahn merging the other realms into Outworld would not spawn the return of the One Being. The Kamidogu being merged are required for that.

He meant there was only going to be one ending per character, not one ending in total. I think...Unless he's heard something that I haven't.

yeah that was me i forget if it was just a normal text interview i saw or the video but he said there will be the same endings as previous games which makes sub zero's statement of only having one ending untrue cause he means same picture text ending for each character.

yeah but with a new twist meaning each character will be having a dying sequence or living sequence. Like they wont give noob and smoke the same ending again.

Well ed boon also said in a interview he said that's a good idea and he could see what he do amphi has a good idea just make like seperate noob and smoke then also have noob and smoke together being the seperate ones get there own endings and noob and smoke both together ending.
