Here's one way of looking at it, those people that want to keep the Death Traps, but only until the second round should make a recommendation to Ed Boon or John Vogel, whoever designs how a character dies. Basically, what I'm trying to say is to make recommendations to our webmaster to give to the designers of our greatest game of all-time because I'm pretty sure the designers would want feedback of what the fans want to see.

I think you see the stage fatalities too often, and that they should make them only accessible during dizzy mode...it would give more excitement every time it was performed... _________________ "...don't think it's yours just 'cause you marked it with your urine."

Well the problem with them now (at least a bit of a problem) is you can loose a match instantly even if you're getting a flawless victory and your opponent is on danger. I kind of would prefer to see stage fatalities only usable when the person is dizzy, but it's not a major problem if they're left the way they are. _________________

That depends on the skill you have when you play. The more you play the better you will become. But if you constantly die in one specific arena due to a deathtrap, deactivate them in the options menu. _________________ Kano wins!!

I like them too. Haven´t been a victim many times though. i usually make my opponent to fall in them instead. I would also like some non killing deathtraps like the one shown in a video in Tekunin Warship where the opponent gets stuck in an air vent and bashed around. _________________ Kano wins!!

You could always do a Johnny Cage and cheat your way out of it .

I liked those "regular traps" from before...I hope they keep them...
...like in MKIII...on one of those levels where you can uppercut your opponents onto a whole different floor...and stuff like that... _________________ "...don't think it's yours just 'cause you marked it with your urine."

Yeah that was great. Could also be done in MK3 subway so you would appear on the Streets. I think that MKA will blow everything completely away. Seems extremely promising. _________________ Kano wins!!

And we shouldn´t forget about MK:D Dark Prison ´non-death trap´ where the prisoners grabbed your character and the opponent had free hit. But I rarely used their help  _________________ DEVELOPER DIARIES

In MKD there was the Chamber of Artifacts level where you could knock them up one level, but then they'd fall back down usually. I agree though that the uppercut-into-another-level system should be brought back for Armageddon. It'd be awesome to hit someone from the Subway Station up to the Streets again.  _________________
