I want to know this: can you still train with Scorpion? I don't think you can because he's very pissed off at you (Shujinko) for trying to endanger the realms. Do you guys know?

I think you can train with anybody after completing Konquest even if they are pissed of at you.
Otherwise nobody would train with you. Hotaru hates Shujinko (he even arrested him), Jade is pissed off at Shujinko (He stole her the Outworld Kamidogu)...

You can train with every character, that's one of the reasons Konquest mode exists, is to learn all the fighting moves of every character in the game. It is pretty funny how Shujinko has got everyone pissed off at him, good guys and bad.

But I can't find Scorpion anywhere in the Netherrealm. Is there a new training location or something like that?

Werent you supose to train wiht him half way through Konquest, after Nightwolf purifies Shujinko, you go to th Netherrealm to regain that evil taint, then you meet up with scorpion who teaches you his ways, which speeds up the time of time needed to be to absorb evil taint.

Maybe in Chaosrealm? I'm not sure but it seems to me like once you beat Konquest mode you can't train with him again because you mandatorily train with him while playing it. Then again, sometimes I've found characters and it's asked if I wanted to train again with them, like Jade and Lie Mei. But I can't help you with Scorpion. Sorry.
