Sorry, but there is no way to train with Scorpion after the Konquest mode is completed. I looked in every realm looking to retrain with him, but he was not in the Netherrealm. He was in Chaos, but all he offers there is a side mission where you have to find the body of a fallen clan member and return his mask to Scorpion. In Outworld, Scorpion actually has a vendetta against you, so no training there. Finally in Edenia, you have to fight him while he does 300% damage. That's for Scorpion's spear move to Shujinko. There are very few characters you can retrain with in Konquest mode.
