if the game is coming out for the ps2 and xbox, why not the gamecube? i really want this game but i only have a gamecube.

Just like you, I only have a gamecube. I really want Armageddon myself., but did you ever stop to realize how late MK:Deception was for the cube? Deception was released for the PS2 and Xbox October 2004, while it was released for the cube March 2005. I'm sure Armageddon will eventually find it's way on the cube (or the wii). whatever comes first.

It won't be coming out. Midway told me at E3 that MK:D didn't sell enough copies in the US to warrent a GC release for armageddon.

why didnt midway not sell any mk deception games in the uk? maybe that would have make difference. what if we (gamecube owners) email them and plead to them to make a release for the gc?
and by the way, will mk armageddon come out for the next gen consoles?

1) You can try, but don't get your hopes up.
2) For the last time, it will only be coming out for PS2 and xBox.

i think u will find also that there is more ps2 and xbox owners then gamecube owners plus why a gamecube i mean for a great game the gc is a fluke of a console nintendo will admit that

The game cube wasn't a fluke at all. It was just for a different type of gamer. That is what Nintendo will admit to.

Hello TMK. I guess you're right, but I do own the cube version of Deception. I prefer it over the PS2 and Xbox versions cuz Shao Kahn is a bad ass. Goro could've been better. An online capabilty would've been awesome as I would own everyone online with Kahn!!

Maybe Deception would have made more US sales for the GC if they would have released it at the same date...whatever...
...luckily I have an Xbox...but if Armageddon comes out for the GC late with even more characters...I'm gonna be pissed...

Don't get me wrong, I love Gamecube, more than X-Box and PS2. I prefer to play MK on Gamecube, But you need to look at this from Midway's perspective:
They released MK:D on Cube where MK sells the most, the USA, to see if it sold well. Allthough it sold enough to make the release not a loss for the company, it didn't pull in enough profit to make it worth doing the same for Armageddon.
Someone mentioned why didn't it come out in PAL teritories, the fact is that MK doesn't sell as well in the UK or especially where I am here in Australia. MK sells well here on PS2 and X-Box only.
Personally, I wish they had of taken a risk and done Armageddon for GC to make Cube owners happy with "all the characters" and I think they would of had more success now that Cube is allmost at the end of It's run, as Cube owners are hungry for games. But big companies look at things like this differantly.

wow, i c. Well, I stand corrected. I'm just glad I'm getting an Xbox so now I can get armageddon, although it would be kool if Midway put it on the cube. (It would be pretty funny if Midway got in a huge problem financially and were forced to release armageddon on the cube.) I do favor the cube the most after all.

If Midway got into a financial problem then it wouldn't make any sense for it to be released for the Cube...considering it's the least profit of the three...
