You obviously don't know a thing about vengeance or vendettas. Scorpion may have exempted Sub-Zero VI from his wrath, but that doesn't mean that he's just gonna let Sub-Zero V (Noob Saibot) Slide  (forgive the pun! It really is accidental.) He's gonna exact revenge by killing Noob the same way he killed him. Unless, well, I'll let this quote do the talking:

While I do have to say that I was shocked at how short the fatality was, I was impressed with it. It was a classic fatality nonetheless and should be recognized as a good one. Scorpion, I believe, would have done that to Quan Chi, if he had the chance. Look at it this way, he still wants his revenge for the death of his family and clan. Don't beat yourselves up with this discussion, though.
