Frost was mostly good she just didn't want to wiast time with sub-zero he was a disterbance on her path to victory to becoming lin qui master and it was an acsidint about what happend now that shes out of the tomb alive and going to exact her revenge. 
Sorry she is my fav. and I get alittle touchy about that subject.

Ok, I have an exam in 8 hours and I do need my sleep, but I just have to post here because I've seen so many mistakes in people's posts it's making me itch. I don't have time to quote and reply, so I'll just say the corrections in one long, winded speech.
Sub-Zero 5 (or in the poll, 1) had enough evil in him to murder Scorpion 'in cold blood' and also to be condemned to the Neatherealm. He was willing to do anything for a fee, and was a murdered by Lin Kuei design. Sub-Zero 6 (2 in the poll) knew murder was wrong, hence why he spared the life of a warrior in MK2. Point being, the older brother did in fact have evil in him, while the other was more moralistic and good-hearted.
Also, Sub-Zero 6th never actually defeated Sub-Zero. In fact, Scorpion's MK4/MKG ending is canonical as it is described in Quan Chi and Scorpion's MKDA bio I believe. It is SZ6 in Scorpion's MK4/ MKG ending, which is clearly defeated in that video. Prior to this battle, Scorpion never fought Sub-Zero 6th storyline wise. After witnessing him spare the life of an opponent in MK2, he realized it was not the one who murdered him, thereby sparing his life. In MK3, Scorpion's agenda was not to harm Sub-Zero 6, but to act as his defender. Assuming this wasn't the case, as there is some controversy about how canon it is, he at least did not fight Sub-Zero 6 in MK3.
When Sub-Zero 5 went to the Neatherealm, his feelings for compassion and sympathy vanished. Whatever redeeming qualities he had left him upon becoming a wraith. This was stated in MKD, Noob's ending.
As for classic Sub-Zero in UMK3/MKT being Sub-Zero 4th (the father of Sub-Zero 5 and 6, which are in this poll), I never heard of this, and never even considered it. As far as I know, they put classic Sub-Zero in the game to make use of all their colour-pallette changed ninjas. Also, his bio states:

This hints to us that it is the same Sub-Zero from MK1, which in fact is Noob Saibot at the time of MK2/MK3.
Also, his ending states:
| Quote: | | Having been killed in the first tournament, Sub-Zero somehow seems to have emerged to win the third tournament. |
Sub-Zero 5th was killed in the first tournament (MK1 game). If you want to assume that the "first tournament" refers to the very, VERY first Mortal Kombat, than it would not be Sub-Zero 4, but a much older one, considering how long the tournament has existed.
Moreover, the MKTeam wasn't sure if they wanted to go with the whole "Noob Saibot is the older brother of the current one, aka MK1 Sub-Zero", which is why they never referenced him as the older Sub-Zero until later games. This is why they put both Noob Saibot and Classic Sub-Zero in UMK3/MKT. Thus disproving the "Sub-Zero 4th" myth.

...I think there should be a limit on revived topics for specific forums...topics under forums such as this should have a three month revival period...
...though in media...fan art/fiction...or v.i.p. forums that exclude 'discussion'...should not have a revival period...

the version i like the most of sub-zero would have to be his mk 2 costume or his deception costume those are my favorites the reason is because his mk 2 costume was the best of the old games it was the most good looking and it was the best looking out of all his costumes in the old games his deception costume i liked the most out of all of them because it was something new they didnt just take a costume from the old games and made it in 3d i liked it because of the mask and the costume because it was creative and it was something new

its gota be the subbie we all use and love today. the orgianl sub-zero i used to like but i realised i don't really. He was in two games(i dont count mythologies), the first game he just died basicly, and MKT he was just a lame palette swap with no story.
