I love Rain's alternative costume, it brings back his classic look.
Stryker's SWAT look is also awesome, I might use his character more often now that he has a mask like some of the ninjas.  But I think his primary costume should look like his MK3 one, as his primary looks like shit personally.
Shao Kahn's secondary is a piece of shit in my opinion, and Sheeva's is now a curse given her new look. *shutters*.
Sektor's secondary isn't as great as his primary, which is an awesome update to his old school look.
I can't wait to see other alternatives. Hopefully the MKTeam won't get chincey and simply use the costumes from MKD/MKDA for all the characters who have already been in those games. Making new costumes only for characters who have not been in the 3D world I think is lame, and a bit of a disappointment, like Scorpion and Sub-Zero in this game. However, there's still plenty of time to fix this.....

stryker was never a favorite of mine but just look at em now he looks like he lost 30 years he doesn't look even remotly the same.

...I agree...Shinnok has surcomed an extreme difference from his skinny cracker look...it's one of my favorites...
...though Kintaro didn't go through much change at all...I don't see how that's on your top 3...
