You mean Tarkatans like Baraka and Meelina, plus the shokan like Goro and Kintaro... And yes they did say Kahn had poisoned Onaga in the game, I will look it up back up once I get a new PS2, and I was the one that first mentioned it btw.

During the time Onaga was the emperor, I doubt that Kahn could have so many allies. He was only an advisor and I think most of Outworlders were loyal to Onaga.

yeah It's shangs story as well kind of...
shang is torght the secrate of Immortality by Kahn as shang forght for earth realm in his first MK tournament then swaps sides after Rayden refuses to teach him how to steel energy from souls.
Kahn on the other hand....
In the final battel episode while Rayden and Kahn are bitching to each other in what raiden thinks is a limbo planne...
Rayden say's too Kahn he has cheated death for for to long and that no mear mortal should confuse extened life for true immortality and he is nothing but a fulse God. Just a man with to much power and too much ego

...it would make sense if Shao Kahn had that ability and was Shang's mentor...but I prefer originality...interesting thought though...

i believe he is the boss of all bosses because he is the emperor of outworld and in every game he has been in he has been the big boss and i know this is off to the side a little bit but i dont believe that the deadly alliance killed him i mean that is just not right ot kill him just like that you would have to get like all of the mk characters to form and alliance to kill him he is just to powerful to be killed of that easily

onaga was only poisoned in shoa kahn's ending
i think shoa khan might be like a half tarkten(sp?)
becuase in mksm when u break his helmet he looks a little like a tarkoten but doesnt have the claws

I saw conquest, I{ombat i bought the set burn off ebay so the whole series will be playable on regular dvd players and I just think Shao Kahn is a part of an outworld race that is super and strong and maybe is was the best fighter maybe.

Does anyone remember a movie called Mortal Kombat Anihlation?If you do remember that man Shao Khan called father.That man was a rogue Elder God(who also happened to be Shinnok).Raiden explained to the Earthrealm warriors that him and Shao Khan were indeed brothers trying to please their father.Their father was an evil person and that separated the two brothers because Raiden was not evil.So the reason Shao Khan is so powerful is the fact that he is the son of an Elder God who are all high and mighty.Shinnok and Raiden can overpower him whenever but Raiden chose to protect Earthrealm and Shinnok had been banned in the Netherrealm all this time.

...sorry to rain on your knowledge parade but the movie storyline is FAR from the canon game storyline...it is majorily false...Kahn and Rayden were far from related and Rayden was raging war with Shinnok far before anyone even knew Kahn existed...
...Kahn just popped out of nowhere as some guy who was made a general by Onaga...he then slew Onaga in which he must be more powerful than an average Outworlder...but we still don't know...

Thanks very much for that but if u look at Kahn as a son of an Elder God then it would make sense that he could defeat Onaga.By the way movie or game MK's story has always been twisted and turned and thats what makes the game great.

That has absolutlely nothing to do with Kahn's ability to defeat Onaga. Kahn was stronger and smarter.
