I thought Shinnok should've been portrayed more powerfully. The entire Mortal Kombat 4 you keep hearing about this guy named Shinnok who killed a ton of elder gods and invaded everywhere and a bunch of other crap. Reptile getting his head exploded by Shinnok in Reptile's ending was kinda cool, but to me, the only moment where I saw Shinnok in a "Wow" moment was when he lifted up Raiden and blew him to pieces in his ending movie.

Quan Chi freed him from Lucifer's clutches and rejuvinated him though I believe he slayed Lucifer alone...though I don't think it gets into much detail on it...

I still think that Quan Chi was the main MK4 boy. Yeah, Shinnok was the boss, but Quan Chi used him only to get the amulet and really didn´t care about Shinnok´s quest much. Maybe Shinnok will return in Armageddon to take revenge on Quan Chi

yeah! I like Shinnok alot more than Quan Chi and I think Shinnok should be more reconized this time. Hes just a big tall powerfull creepy guy sorta like Darth Sidous and Vader is like Shao Kahn..the emperor..lol.

now now no more slagging off of Quan Chi let us not forget he had some of the best and funniest moves in MK4/G
going through the floor and stamping in you from above (thats just plane wicked) some of the funniest are the weapon steel (when done while oponent blokes or has no weapon looks like he is dancing)
the funny and wicked FATALITY - rip the leg of and beat em down while they scream with the sloppy end.
So a passte face (and every thing eles we see) basterd he may be but a Kool basterd none the less

...because MKIV was considered a disappointment...Shinnok was too easy and boring to use because he was the same as Shang Tsung...

.. yeah l{rave you are quite correct Shinnok suked simply cuz his moves were all stolen at least Shang morphed. Shinnok's story was Kool but only his story as he looked a bit crap compered to the other players and prev BOSSes
