basically my topic i cant do hara-kiri's at all i would like to learn how to do them cuz I have tried and they dont seem to work and i have them all writtne down right too so idk what is it that I am doing wrong.

...you have to be defeated...and while they're attempting their finishing move as it says "Finish Him/Her" you can perform it...

No, he's saying what he clearly said to begin with.
When you are defeated in the final round, then you do the Hara-Kiri. You can't do it if you win.

its a suicide, you doing it to stop the other person from killing you, so you kill yourself first.
you do it when your all wobbly after it said finish him/her then you do it really fast
