You concentrate your focus on the design of the upper layer of the temple, searching for encrypted scriptures to aide you in an easier passage. Dune does the same...until the roar from the tunnel echoes for miles. Demented and ear-piercing. The noise was verocious and Dune turns to the tunnel, prepared.
A demon soars from the abyss and lands, with a horrid face and creature-torn body, in front of the tunnel, smiling at you. Dune stands and defends himself.
-Attack (choose attack) (choose opponent)
-Defend (prepare for attack)
-Tactic (perform maneuver)
-Darktic (use the powers of darkness to transfer opponent' evil to wicked power)
-Hide (find concealment)
-Flee (fuck, no parachute)

OOC: Precisely, though it is not necessary to stick to one tactic, once you use the enemy's evil you can transform it to any kind of attack. It's natural to stick to a blast the first time I suppose, but you can just be creative.
The creature leapt towards you, confronting your blast. He was mistaken. The evil he obtained was too powerful, even for himself. He dispersed with the demented air. Something didn't make sense, and Dune felt it as well. That thing could not have made the roar you heard earlier. Something far greater was down there.
A small moment passed to think before more creatures had awoken. Screeches consumed the air. They swarmed the immense room and you had limited options.

I take the chance to hone my Darktic and use it as a blast at first, then shift the beam to the side adn rush the demons and slash them witht he beam.

While demolishing the oni you are grabbed by your shoulders from behind and thrown back to the ground and see this demon's grotesque face snarling just above you. Before you need time to act he jumped off and spun around insanely, trying to breathe, then falling, dead. Dune had choked him to death while throwing enemies around the room in his sand tornado.
While quarreling with the beast a far larger, disgusting fiend had risen. The wicked warrior of darkness began to crush the stone toward you and all the small oni backed far away from their large 'brother'. He looked up to you and roared ferouciously. Dune turned to you and smiled.

Dune turns back to the great oni, "Crack the rock." His arm spun toward the beast as a great sand vortex devoured the visage of the beast. You both stared at the shrouded space. The oni burst from the mist and swatted Dune to the wall.

-Grab (carry Dune)

Torches flared erecting from the sides of the eternal dwelling that helds thousands of spikes with skulls and blood and flesh and creatures of whom's existence should be inferred as the exact opposite of pure. Dune saw an opening and eviscerated with the wind only to dance in it while forcing you through the hole.
You both landed into this room and held an unspoken agreement to never jump down that tunnel of torn souls again. A small torch was lit, enough to see an opening to the right, and another to the left.

-Defend (prepare for attack)
-Destination (left or right)
-Commerce (quote dialogue)
-Flee (the never-ending tunnel was fun, let's do it again)

Dune smirked, "I am made of sand...I go left and right." Dune became the air and explored momentarily both selections and came back to stand beside you. He said nothing, staring at the right entrance. "Left," he said shaking, "let's go left."

"To be honest sir, after that beast on the highest layer, I am slightly less confident," Dune confessed while entering the hallway of darkness. You both continue down the hallway until you find yourself in a large chamber. The room is empty...at first.
As you both walk in you see a great metallic sliding door with heavy bolts binding it to the wall. A thunderous pounding commences and a large cluster of the stone roof collapses and lands in a mist of crushed pieces of dust and stone. Chains begin to lower from the broken ceiling and blood drips from the torn crevices.
Fire erupts from the earth ahead of you, centered between the hallway and the metal door. A gigantic demon is constructed or conjured in fire and rock with a titanic torso and a strangely sharpened spike upon his head. "I don't think he's gonna let us through."
