Killing of all charachters would be most unwise. The fans won´t like it having their favourite kombatants removed for good. It is hard to replace kombatants we have used for over 10 years such as Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya, Raiden and many more.

...Sonya was a joke but that's crossing the line...I meant it would be fine by me if Sonya died...of course she's mortal and 'can' die...as well Sub-Zero...but that doesn't mean it'd be okay if Sub-Zero went down with her...

Is it better to pretend that Sub-Zero won´t die then? I think Sub-Zero and Scorpion are certain to appear on the next generation consoles.
