why did they even put the friendship in mk in the first place i think that it is some what stupid what is your opinion

I like friendships and I understand why did they put them in the game. It´s an alternative for people who don´t like fatalities or don´t want to kill their favorite character* though they still wish to perform some finisher. And even though I love fatalities the most, I miss friendships very much (I don´t miss babalities so much) 
*a friend of mine was obsessed with Sonya and wished to never see her die (That´s why I always finished Sonya with fatality when he played as her  ).

They were first brought to MK2. And I like them, gives a slight innocense to even the deadliest of characters

The reason they put it in was because after the first MK and early MK2 versions alot of people were saying the game was to violent ect... so as a joke they put friendships into MK2. I heard this in an interview or read it someware, I can't remember were.

Friendships are very funny. Cyrax's "Charleston Dance" friendship has to be the best.

i like lui kangs when he does the dance i always laugh when i see it and the one's that get on my nerves are the sub-zero, scorpion, and reptiles in mk 2 when they say buy a sub-zero, scorpion, and reptile doll that is the most annoying one to me and cyrax's is one of the funniest with that dance that he does i laugh everytime i see that
