Okay, the slipknot song has to do with dreaming of suicide, but then waking up and realizing that you actually are dying.
Down With The Sickness I guess could be pulled off, saying that everyone hashatred built up and coming out. IT's a stretch though, because that song is about society's horrible grasp on the lives of the many.
Chop Suey has absolutely nothing to do with the theme lines of Armageddon.
If you're going to pick songs, then make sure that you actually know what they mean, and that they are relative to the plot. One of the biggest things that urks me is when people just throw songs into the mix because they are cool.

Metal songs from actual bands would be crap for Mortal Kombat. Might be cool to see those songs though But I think they should stick with the MK Theme Song.

...haha...please not the song that says MKI's fighters...the beat's all right but all I like about it is "Mortal Kombat!" I would be pissed if they used that...come on...
...the song needs to be fast paced...capture the insanity...clearly state 'all Hell has broken loose' in some form...

yeah, that song isnt exactly face pace like you say. if they make a song it cant be a popular over rated song like slipknot. slipknot kicks ass, dont get me wrong.
