how do i get a picture under my posts can anyone help me with that i would really appreciate it
and secondly how do i get to be an admin or a sage i would really like to know and i would appreciate any help i can get

do you mean a signature picture? if that's what you mean, try getting a photobucket or imageshack account, and post the link in the signature section of your profile in the image brackets... it should look like this...

as for becoming a Sage, that's something that only time and influence can attain for you. if you make quality posts and contribute to good conversation on TMK, then maybe you'll be given Sage status one day.
as for becoming an Admin, that's something only Total-MK can bestow.
