...I believe official sources have claimed that there will be multiple alt. costumes per character...so finally everyone will be happy...but I don't know how they're gonna do it...

It's been so long since I've posted last I'm surprised I even remembered my password. Even more so, I'm surprised my user name hasn't been deleted. But anyway, all the characters look great and it's nice to seem them all back minus a couple of people here and there. I also like to mention that I was one of, if not the FIRST person to mention anything about a create-a-character back before MK:Deception came out and everyone that I was crazy. Well apparently my dream has come true and I can now say "I told you so". I expected it with Deception, didn't get it....and now we have create-a-character in Armaggedon. Probably the last installment of the MK series. NICE!

The question marks were replaced by Kreated Kharacter icons in the updated version of the select screen

not to mention in the latest version Kameleon has been added in the top row.......and they locked Daegon, Taven, Meat and Blaze...........so does this mean that those 4 will be the only unlockable characters.......or do you guys think they're gonna change the amount of characters unlocked from the beginning.??
i really dont know anymore...

i think that you (as the player/taven)will have to find some of the characters to enjoy them because in one of the trailers it shows taven opening a chest and it says unlockable character(like in deception) and it is kintaro

Perhaps because Khameleon was found on the star bridge in MKT for the N64. That'd be my guess. I'm pretty sure that only the female form (Khameleon with a "K") will be in this game because she's the only one who was given a storyline.
Also, as I'd mentioned months back, Meat IS in the game as a fully independent character.
Additionally, Smoke seems to be his own character as well and not bound to Noob Saibot in tag-team mode.
Furthermore, I'd like to point out (though it's probably been said a million times already) that Reptile's avatar is his from Shaolin Monks, which means he is probably his human/ninja/reptile form from MK2/MKSM. Personally this is the best form he's had because he's a reptile but also looks human enough.

...the character in the top row is actually Chameleon with a 'C'...as it is a male (hopefully)...though I have no doubt Khameleon will end up being a super-unlockable or something...
