i dont kow much about this meat character, can someone pls explain him to me? i heard he is a glitch resulting in reptiles fatality and thats all.

Ok, if you use Reptile´s acid fatality or Fujin´s wind fatality, only thing which will be left of your opponent is body without skin= Meat.
And then there is Group Mode. And if you complete it, then your character will look like Meat. You will still control character you chose on Select Screen (Kai, Tanya, Shinnok...) with her/his moves and the announcer will still say ´Kai/Tanya/Shinnok... wins´ but your character will look exactly like the dead body without skin 
Meat has no story, the name was created by fans (the name ´Meat´ wasn´t even mentioned in MK4) and it´s eagerly discussed if he is or isn´t true character and if he will appear in Armageddon

...I was as pissed as you breastdealer...Meat doesn't deserve that slot...I don't like him and his storyline is going to be far too far-fetched in my opinion...the game doesn't need him...and I sure as hell don't want him...

he could have something like killed by reptile using acid shower shang tsung took his soul after shang's death the soul entered the body
they put everyone in so if u dont like a character u can kill him with ur favorite

...it wouldn't be too difficult...it would kinda be like Nightwolf's arrows in Deception...and Reptile's spit could make some skin dissappear...

You can't judge a character until you try em out first Krave 
But I still agree,Mortal Kombat does'nt need meat but he can indeed be connected to one of the storylines like that other guy said
