Awesome Charater Select Screen Cinder Hinted those 2 ? Marks could be the Male and Female Morphing Ninjas if they are Them can wait to see them in Action

I like the pic, but upon second glace...I was a bit disapointed, alot of the "mugshots" are just MK:DA / MK:D renders on a graident background....normaly the MK Team puts more effort into those little squares, but...the team has been working extra hard on this, maybe they don't have the time to do it.
I do miss that awesome "MORTAL KOMBAT" slogan but, the one from the MK:D select screen.
I will say this but, the mugshots of: Kung Lao,Sareena,Rain,Sektor,Kai,Reiko,Fujin,Hotaru,Nightwolf,Jarek,Kobra,Taven,Tavens Bro,Ashra,Sheeva,Motaro,Meat and Blaze look awesome. Kung Lao is my favorite...the gold trim looks sweet!!

I'm actually using it for a computer backround right now. I gatta say, that is a lot of pictures to be fitting on a TV screen. Anyways, Meat just plain looks demonic as all hell, I cant wait to use him. Also, I am so happy to see Stryker in a character select screen again!

I agree a lot with total. I was very disappointed with the select screen and lack of effort. But I won't be one of those people who discredit a good game with a lot of content because of a stupid reason. I'm glad we have it and now, a lot of questions are answered.
I have heard way too many stupid questions being asked already on other forums, though.

...I'm heavily dissappointed on Meat's accord...as well with Motaro's face...wrinkled much?
...though for the most part I'm glad we can see this...and Daegon looks awesome...it's about time we get to see him...just a bit dissappointed with Motaro...I know they wanted realistic...but that's teetering with the fence between realistic and crap...

im glad that reptile is somewhat a ninja 
and that noob and smoke are separated 
and meat looks sick 
im disapointed that smoke is that power ranger ninja thing and that liu kang is a zombie
but other than that it kicks ass

It's good to hear that. I was greatly disappointed with the lack of effort (not to sound dissonant.). But I just feel like, old renders with quick graident is just the same as most the fakes we've seen. I've actually seen fakes that look better than the real thing.

I remember the old MK Trilogy that had all the characters I like the fact that they did that again  My favorite characters are all the ninjas and raiden
     
But the best out of all of these has to be scorpion

I'm just so happy to see so many returning characters from past games, the re-used mug shots don't bother me much. However, considering how much time is still left, the MKTeam might still have time to replace the MKDA/MKD returning mug shots with new ones. 
Sektor looks awesome, Meat definatly has that demonic look as stated before, Taven and Daegon are looking badass too, and it's awesome to see Reptile's ninja/reptile look from Shaolin Monks!
I'm disappointed with Sareena's pic, as they decided to use her "new" look instead of the one she had in the original character poster (which didn't have Motaro, Meat, etc.).  It's like they are intentionally trying to make her look ugly.
Motaro looks cool but the way his face looks her doesn't seem like a big, sub-boss character. Goro on the other hand has that big head so he actually looks like a big character.
Lastly, although I don't like Smoke's human ninja look from MKD as much as his cyborg one, I'm just so happy to see him and Noob aren't a tag team and are seperate characters once again.

Well, anyway. The character select screen might be a work in progress. Eh, it might be one of the eight empty squares on the MKA website.

...I think the images in each square were pre-planned and any updated character select screen would be shown seperately...and on a side note we consider it spam to have a number of random, unnecessary smilies...
