So we all know that UMK3 will be included on Kollectors Edition for the PS2. I just hope it isn't going to be the extra characters and backgrounds added to the crappy MK3 on the PS2 version of Midway Arcade Treasures 2. It had a lot of little annoyances like the muffled sound that was just awful. Not to mention the constantly-flickering shadows and some areas had quite a bit of slow-down. Also there are other little things like how the music would play after a fatality. Not only is that sloppy, it's not arcade accurate.
They're saying it's going to be arcade-perfect so it better be just that. Yes I'm worried about this because UMK3 is my all time favorite Mortal Kombat game. Hopefully this'll be my chance to FINALLY get a hold of an arcade-perfect version.
Anyone else feel remotely the same as me?

I'm just pissed off the KE is only for the PS2. It should be available to both XBox and PS2. What an outrage.  I'm sure it'll be the actual good version of UMK3. Personally, I'm suprised they chose UMK3 and not MKT.

Yes, I was very disappointed with MAT2 MK3. It was verry odd, because the MK2 version was almost perfect.
But I think the MK team will learn from the past mistakes and will make it properly this time

I'd rather have the Special Edition of Armageddon on standard x-box than have 'geddon playable on the 360.  I can't help but feel screwed by the system now. If only Microsoft bought it out for us....

...I agree Frogger...especially since I don't plan on getting a 360 anyway...and about Xbox screwing us...it's Microsoft...duh...
...of course it doesn't suck having an Xbox...it's far faster than the PS2 and has many original games (Tom Clancy's or not)...

I mean in the sence that us X-box owners don't get the Premium Edition. Like when GTA San Andreas was oly first on the PS2. That sucked too.
