I noticed this wasn't in TMK News Section yet, so I'll post it up. This is from Mortal Kombat Online.com:

To our surprise the Mortal Kombat: Armageddon listing over at EBGames.com happens to have four new screenshots from the upcoming game which is listed on the site for a price of only $39.99 USD, with a pre-release date set at 10/9/06. The four screenshots shows the kreate-a-kombatant mode, Sheeva and Sektor, Shang Tsung and Frost, and last Reptile and Kintaro. (Notice Reptile is again sporting his MKSM outfit). These aren't full size screenshots, but if we come across them, we'll be sure to post them here.

I saw that this morning and I have to say, I'm not that impressed. I mean, aside from possibly revealing Reptile Lair as an arena, we really aren't getting any new information.
I'm also getting kind of tires at people pushing the amazing fact that Reptile's in his SM costume. Yeah, we get it. It's amazing and I'm greatful that they did that. But we shouldn't be SO surprised as to mention it EVERY time there's a news update with him in the outfit.

...we knew we could make tarkata...but female...that's the surprise...
...I'm just hoping we can make shokan and centaurian guys...if females too then awesome...as long as you can make 'em...

I'm aware of this, but it's still nice to see new pics of the game at any chance we get. Gives us more to by hyped about. Plus, it is cool to see Reptile's Lair returning in this game. It was one of the better levels featured in MK4/MKG

The reason I was overjoyed about it was because I really hadn't seen any in-game screen shots of him in his Shaolin Monks look until I saw that picture. All I had seen was him in his SM look on the updated character poster, but that still may just have been an alt costume or something, or for show. For example, Stryker is in his MK3 costume in that poster, and yet it isn't either his primary or secondary outfit. The picture above with Reptile in his Shaolin Monks costume merely confirms that he will have that look.

...actually that was the new Reptile's FIRST in-game screenshot...and it is nice to see him getting the crap beat out of him by the strongest character...
