Considering that we have nearly 20,000 members, I thought it would be a good idea to have it so there is a link at the bottom of the memberlist page for every letter of the alphabet and when you click it, only members whose username begins with that letter will show up. It would make it a lot easier to search for members who are in the middle of the alphabet without having to click page 4, page 5, page 6 up to 151 or whatever. Or, have the ability to search for members.
As it stands, it is very difficult to find a specific member in 300 pages of usernames with the limited sort functions, and either one of these would make it a lot easier.
Just a suggestion.

...I had this problem as well...though I remember every member's posts...for some reason...so I find it very simple to choose post count in descending...you'll find anyone past 100 posts isn't too difficult to find...
