I see. And I was looking forward to unlocking charachters in Konquest mode like the demos on E3. Oh well, at least it is possible to pick the favourite kombatant from start.

im with ya there
that sucks, not being able to unlock charceters. itll still be a great game but for me unlocking stuff makes me feel rewarded for playing

I agree. So the only thing in the Vault will probably be new costumes and maybe some fighting arenas.

...as well biographies...videos...stills...cast...artwork...design sketches...and only God knows what else they could think of...it's not all about the stuff to be used for gameplay...

I kinda liked the demo where you ran around and unlocked chests with koins and other stuff in them or when you found Shao Kahn´s helmet or Kung Lao´s hat.
Hope those stuff are in the finished version also.

Secret characters hmmmm. Well if Armageddon features every character in MK history then whats the use? All i can think of is Khameleon and Human Smoke for now. They really need to work on the characters not ways to unlock them make them better for now.

That got me to think if you give respective charachter their own possessions (Shaoster´s helmet, Kung Lao´s hat etc.) then you may be awarded with koins. Just a thought.

I THINK you're all being mislead.
I believe that they gave us some shots of an entire unlocked cast, and are progressivly LOCKING the characters and deciding who will be available in the begining.
It's harder then you think... Gotta keep some of the female characters unlocked, but maybe you want to lock, say, mileena and then the fans get pissy.
It's... not easy.

Only time will tell. I hope that at least half of the cast need to be unlocked.
But maybe the only ones that needs to be unlocked are Taven, Daegon, Meat and Blaze.

Boon (or someone in the MK Krew) already said only those four would be locked...it's hard to be mislead...they were too straight-forward...
