Defanetly new music, if not; the proof the E3 demo gave us was MKD select screen music but I doubt that will happen.

All new MK games have their own, unique sound tracks, and Armageddon will be no exception. While I can't say what the character selection screen music will be at this time, I can say that it'll be something new, and probably just as catchy as previous ones.

It'll defitnely be new music all games even non mk games always get new songs in each sequel they make or if it's sports games they get new soundtracks so mk games are no exception it'll defitnely have a newer song on the menu then deception.

The music in MK games has always been good. This won´t change in MKA...

does it really matter, i mean its just the select screen, well when you think about it if we didnt have it we would never be able to pick our figther.

While I know that they will have new music for the select screen, I wouldn't mind if they got lazy and put the Deception music. I like that for a soundtrack. In fact I liked all of the select screen music in the past.
Except for Deadly Alliance. A lot of that music got very annoying very fast.

They should touch up the MK4 select screen music and use it for MKA. It fits the mood and its really kool.

Actually, yes. I have a habit of doing tons of thinking per second, and music just tends to knock me off my zone. Stratigizing before a match, and choosing my character wisely is the key, and if I get some annoying song being played, my focus dies a little. So, most of the time, when playing a fighting game, MK for example, I turn down the volume to think. So, if it was silent, it'd just be great for me.

Yeah that comes in handy a lot, just listen to the sounds of your mind, you just suddenly start to think clearly. i've done that myself. but my ears are to good, as soon as i turn it down i hear something in the other part of the house, it really makes it hard to get to sleep.

...doesn't matter...just the echoes across my walls from my stereo will be enough to muffle the sound...but if for some reason I had a headache...I wouldn't mind something dark but slow...you know...like an early Black Sabbath feel...nothing fast...I'm a patient chooser...

I dont know good question and topic.... Like it is all the MK characters in MK i think they should have the Techno remix song without the words.
Like its should be the instrumentals but like more armageddon like or idk, wicked. its like idk, "MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!! *MUSIC PLAYS*"

hopefully its as good as deceptions select screen. I just hope it doesnt become a Trilogy two where the Character select screen had the music from like UMK3 or MK3 one of those, but instead be replaced with the Deception one you get me?

...the MKIV character select music pissed me off 'cause the twang of the instruments sounded like the beep when you moved the selector...so you think that you moved to the right three times when you only did once and you choose the wrong guy...
