...I'm not sure why a dead child would come to life and fight for MK...but the imagination is a beautiful thing...

Considering he died as a child, along side his mother - Scorpion's wife, probably not, lol. Though I wouldn't mind there being a game revolving a lot more around the Shairai Ryu, I don't think Scorpion's dead son would make a very cool or interesting character in next-gen MK games. His overly attractive wife before she died is a different story.  jk.

Do you know anything about Scorpions story? He had a wife and kid before he was killed, and they were killed off by Quan Chi. Which is why Scorpion hunts him down all the time.

ya don't have to be so snappy, Vain. it was just a joke, all in fun...
but back to topic, the idea of Scorpion's son being in an MK could potentially be doable, such as maybe the Elder Gods decide that their Champion of the Gods, now dead from the epic battle of Armageddon, should return, and maybe he refuses or something and they decide to go next in line or something.
I dunno. it sounded better in my head, but you get the idea, ne?

It was part of the arrangement Quan Chi made with the Grand Master of the Lin Kuei. In exchange for Sub-Zero obtaining the map of the elements, Quan Chi destroyed and killed every member of the Shirai Ryu, and everything connected to them (Including Scorpions familey)
