Well, now the Sharai Ryu are revived (or at least are undead zombies) by the Elder Gods, since Scorpion did their dirty work in MK Deception. This includes his son and wife, though unless Scorpion's ending is a canon one (which we have to wait to find out in the next game), they'd both be undead. According to his ending in Armageddon, defeating Blaze allowed his clan to be restored to life, and Quan Chi steals Scorpion's son.

I could see Scorpion's son coming into the game in the future. Just hope he comes as a ninja spectre as well and not some maskless generic character like the ones found in MKA (taven, daegon).

It is highly unlikely that they would put Scorpion's son in the game, and here are the reasons why. 1) The MK Team would have to make up a storyline for him, 2) A move list would have to be assembled, 3) What would Scorpion have named his son in his past life? 4) What did he look like? 5) How did he come back from the dead? You see, DarkSpecter, it would be almost impossible to add Scorpion's son to the game because you can't just go ahead and say that Scorpion's son just suddenly came back from the dead. If you wanted to try and make a comparison, Liu Kang was resurrected in MK:D. He was used as a force of evil in that game and was basically a tainted soul roaming the Earth. He has not yet attained his true form, but did break away from Shang Tsung's control.

And YOU are forgetting that the Elder Gods already revived (Even though they are now like Scorpion) his clan and familey, in his ending, he just made them whole again. And the whole point of adding a new character is doing exactl what you said, hell, they had to think about most of that for EVERY character they put in MK.
Now, were most to all MK characters wont make a reapperence in the next MK game, it can be safe to say they'll ad Scorpions son, and possibly Sub-Zero's and Sareena's son (If my thinking pattern is correct) as a way to have Sub-Zero and Scorpion, and actually make a rivalry again, instead of a wishy-washy promise to protect.

Well VainZiler in a way is right but Scorpion53 just because he needs the stuff you said doesn't mean that much as it would be the same for the next gen characters were they make up the storyline and assemble moves to each character's.
