...uh...strange question...probably could be considered spam...but overall just plain strange...
...but to get into specifics I think his original look in MKI is uncomprehendable and he looked awesome in Alliance but don't even think about in between...power-wise he is dementedly original...I like him...

Storyline wise, I think he's a pretty cool character. He's always been under Shao Kahn's thumb and when he tries to overthrow Kahn in MK2/MK:SM, he ultimately fails. Even in Deadly Alliance, Kahn forsaw his betrayl and placed a clone on his throne for Tsung and Chi to murder. Shang Tsung is such an excellent deceiver and that's what makes him the perfect bad guy sub-leader. He's not quite an underling like Reptile or Mileena is to Kahn, but he will never be on top.
Having said that, in-game I never really liked him. I never used his character for anything and I thought his ability to change into anyone was way too cheap, and it is if you watch what can be done with him in some of those UMK3 videos. You can find them in the Classic MK Games Discussion section.

I think Shang Tsung is a great charachter with a very good backstory and personality.
I also like his powers of stealing souls. His morphing powers are also very cool.
