midway only care about dumbass americans. they dont give xbox owners a pal version, they dont give ps2 pal owners a premium edition. same thing happened with the PE for pal with mkd. so they only care about their own country. typical display of americans only thinking they're the only ones that matter.

Money runs it all. It would probably cost too much to do all that you said in your post, that is probably why they do not do them. MK maybe hasn´t sold well enough in the past and they don´t want to waste money on something that might not guarantee a profit.
