Its an anime for one, just wanted to clear that up...
And its about this guy and this chick and a living bag of pop rocks trying to save the world from the evil hair hunters. Its random as fuck... seriously... SO if you cant handle randomness to the max (I mean like Di Gi Charat random for those who ahve seen/read that)
