they havent shown that move but he does use water powers. So there is a chance he has it but it wont be as effective.

Thus far in the videos I've seen, Rain doesn't shoot a ball of water projectile anymore, but he shoots a stream of water that pushes his opponent down. It looks cooler, and they probably did this because his telekenetic rain ball was a bit too cheap.
They'll probably also give Rain his lightening bolt move back though, as they let Nightwolf use it in MKD. Both might have this move, or Rain might get it back. Thus far I haven't seen any videos of him using it, but it really should be given back to him.

...the stream is definitely better though I find it strange that both Rain and Reptile's forceballs were removed...in fact everyone's forceballs were removed...which actually makes me happy considering they only did that for cheap effects...less work...and no originality...now it kinda shows they care with some really decent moves...

Reptile doesn´t have his Forceball in this game either? That´s too bad, I love that move. Does he have any other moves than the ones I saw from MKDA btw?

...well...he can turn invisible again...other than that I haven't seen him in action too much...

I would love to supply you with a link as to where I saw it, but I cannot and it might have been a youtube an we don't want to break the rules. But both Rain and Nightwolf have the lightning bolts.
